Delete your Open Arms account

In the mobile app

1. Sign in to the Open Arms app.
2. Open Menu and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email the church office from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login, password and email address on the account
• Your notifications, notification preferences and push devices
• The link between your login and your member record

What the church keeps

Giving records and year-end receipts are kept as required by Canadian tax law. Your membership history stays with the church office. To ask for other church records to be removed, email us at the address above.
